This is not fast fashion, in fact this is Not fashion at all, Le Tings is a cultural narrative based on valuing all parts of the process of which you are very much an essential part of.

We are a small company with big values, please bear with us, we aim to process and ship your Tings’ within 72 Hours of receiving your order.


UK DELIVERY

Free UK Shipping on orders over £200

All Le Tings orders are sent by traceable, signed for and insured services. We aim to dispatch all goods as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of your online order.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email message confirming your order is on its way which will also include your tracking number and a link to the relevant carrier.


EU DELIVERIES

For all EU customers please bare with us - we are NOT currently shipping to Europe due to Brexit - We are in the process of setting up a partnership to be able to ship to Europe. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Free International Shipping on orders over £300

All overseas orders will be despatched with our nominated courier.  Estimated lead times are indicated at checkout.  Please be aware that you will be liable to pay any import duty that is levied against your order upon receiving the goods to your shipping destination. The duty and/or import tax is charged to you by the government of your shipping destination. The price you will pay at checkout is not inclusive of any tax/import duty.


RETURNS + REFUNDS

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. To enable you to return products to us, in appropriate circumstances, we have created a 14-day Returns Policy. (This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at letingsinfo@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time sometimes up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to you.

Shipping and handling is not refundable and all sale items are final purchase. If Free Shipping has been provided, there will be a restocking fee depending upon region: £15.00 for domestic orders, £25 for international orders.

We will send you a full refund for any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy but excluding the costs of returning the product to us. We will only refund the the payment method used for your original purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 20 days of the day we received your returned product.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Your order was flagged for fraud or reselling purposes

More than 3 of the same product was purchased


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Return Tracking

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, we encourage you to send item/s by recorded delivery, with enclosed completed Returns Request Form, to:

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
